How To Use Find a Doctor:
For Current Members: Take full advantage of searching your plan's network by creating or signing in to your MyBlue account.
Not a member?
Conduct general searches on providers and facilities locally or nationwide by clicking on the "Go to Find a Doctor" button and follow the instructions below.
- Select a network. Use the chart below to find a plan you're interested in, then write down or remember the network it corresponds to. For example: If you're looking for a doctor that accepts our Medicare HMO Blue ValueRx plan, you'll want to search in the Medicare HMO Blue network.
- Enter your zip code
- Enter a provider name or select "All Specialties " to see a full list of provider categories, including primary care providers (PCPs).
You must enter the correct network name in order to see if a provider accepts the Medicare plan you're interested in.

To request a hard copy of our Medicare HMO Blue or Medicare PPO Blue provider directory, please call our Member Service Department at 1-800-200-4255 (TTY: 711) from April 1 through September 30, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. October 1 through March 31, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET, seven days a week.
We will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. We may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave our Medicare HMO Blue or Medicare PPO Blue plan or request that hard copies be discontinued.
